The terms and conditions below (the “terms”) are what govern your use of the Bladeflex.com website on the Internet and World Wide Web. These terms are a legal contract between you and Bladeflex Inc. (“we” or “us”.) They govern your access to, and your use of our website, which (as you know) is located at Bladeflex.com (the “site”). These terms also govern your use of any services and products we provide on the site. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not access or otherwise use this site and/or our services and products.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY: It is understood that any and all packages delivered to international customers (defined as anywhere outside of Canada) will/may require clearance through customs which can cause an unpredictable delay of shipment. The requirement for clearance and length of delay can vary greatly from country to country. Likewise, any additional taxes or surcharges imposed by UPS, USPS or courier selected at the time of the international delivery are outside of our control, not determined, set or required by Bladeflex Inc. and are therefore the responsibility of the recipient. Should packages be refused in these instances, it is understood that no refund of purchase will occur and the refusal of the package will be documented by the courier. Package tracking numbers are emailed to our customers on the evening of the day that the package ships (when applicable). The recipient is required to provide any and all other paperwork required by their country of citizenship or where the product is being shipped. This may consist of, but not limited to Proof of Import, any health licenses or any other document your county requires importing our product. If the recipient fails to provide such documentation and the product is not returned to our warehouse at the recipients’ cost, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY: All size exchanges must be Authorized by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days after purchase. Accepted AUTHORIZED size exchanges must be received at our location within 30 days of the original delivery date, in NEW condition. The Buyer is responsible for returning the product in NEW, RESALEABLE condition. It must arrive in it’s original packaging, complete with ALL accessories & user manuals, warranty documentation etc. If ANY original parts, accessories, documentation, packaging etc are used, damaged or missing the exchange may be refused. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. If the product is being exchanged for a different size, the exchanged size will be sent back at no cost to the customer. A second size exchange will NOT be issued if a customer purchases a Bladeflex that they have received an exchange on once before.
RETURN POLICY: To maintain hygienic standards in accordance with Alberta Health and Health Canada infection and disease prevention initiatives ALL medical and rehabilitation equipment including the Bladeflex “SPORT” and Bladeflex “PRO” units are non-returnable. If you feel the product is defective or needs to be replaced, please refer to the WARRANTY section.
Bladeflex.com provides content, and products throughout this site. All information, documents,and products, including content, trademarks, logos, graphics and images (which are grouped together under the term “Materials”) are the copyrighted work of Bladeflex Inc. licensors and/or contributors.
We are not responsible for any obscene or offensive content that you receive or view from others while using our website. Bladeflex Limited Warranty
Bladeflex Inc. (“Bladeflex”) stands behind the quality of its product and is proud to offer the following limited warranty to purchasers.
The Warranty Period
Bladeflex warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period begins on the date of purchase. Bladeflex requires presentation of the original proof of purchase to ascertain the date of purchase. The limited warranty covers the original purchaser and any subsequent owner of the product during the Warranty Period.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
During the Warranty Period, Bladeflex will either repair or replace, at its own discretion, any defective product at no charge to the owner. Replacement products or parts will be warranted for the unexpired portion of the original warranty or six (6) months (whichever period is greater).
What Does the Warranty Not Cover?
This limited warranty does not apply to any defects resulting from negligence, accident, misuse or any other reason beyond Bladeflex’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: normal wear and tear, negligence or failure to follow Bladeflex’s Product Use Guidelines and unauthorized product modification or repair.
Should the cost of repairs or replacement not be covered by this limited warranty, Bladeflex will advise the owner and the cost shall be charged to the owner. This limited warranty shall be the full extent of Bladeflex’s liability however caused. Except to the extent allowed by applicable law, the terms of this limited warranty do not exclude, restrict or modify the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this product and are in addition to those rights.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SETS OUT YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR YOUR BLADEFLEX AND ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND SHALL NOT APPLY OR HAVE ANY AFFECT.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta in the Country of Canada
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bladeflex.com be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, extraordinary, exemplary, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, profits, use or other economic advantage) however arising, even if Bladeflex.com and Bladeflex Inc., have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Bladeflex.com’s aggregate liability to you or any third party for any damages resulting from your displaying, copying, or downloading any material on the site or reliance on the information and/or material presented on the site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Local Laws and Export Control
If you use this site outside Canada, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. Bladeflex.com controls and operates this site from its headquarters in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and the Materials may not be appropriate or available for use in other locations.
Consequences of Violation
If you violate these terms, Bladeflex.com may terminate your access to the site or Password-Restricted Areas without notice. Bladeflex.com prefers to advise you of your inappropriate behavior and recommend any necessary corrective action. However, certain violations of these terms, as determined by Bladeflex.com, will result in immediate termination of your access to the site or Password-Restricted Areas.
Bladeflex.com reserves the right to terminate any password-restricted account for any reason. These terms are governed by Alberta Law and controlling Canada Federal Law, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these terms or the site will be heard in courts located in Edmonton. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Bladeflex.com and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings between you and Bladeflex.com and Bladeflex Inc. These terms may not be modified except pursuant to a written amendment that is executed by an officer of Bladeflex.com and Bladeflex Inc.
